Why does the Teams button not work?
- Based on the limitations of Microsoft Teams software, please ensure that the functionality of the Teams button meets any of the following conditions:
1. Administrator account of an organization in Microsoft Teams.
2. Personal account that has already joined an organization in Microsoft Teams.
3. Personal account that has not joined an organization in Microsoft Teams can join the organization by receiving an invitation link from the organization's administrator.

You can:
- Turn PowerConf S3 MS off or set up an automatic power-off time.
- Check battery level.
- Adjust volume level.

- Turn notification sounds on or off.
- Mute the microphone.
How do I update firmware?
- Install the AnkerWork app on your phone.
- Connect your phone to PowerConf S3 MS via Bluetooth.
- Go to AnkerWork > PowerConf S3 MS in the app.
- Go to More Information > Update Firmware > Download to start updating.
How do I connect PowerConf S3 MS to my devices?
Connect to mobile devices via Bluetooth.
Connect to computers and laptops via USB or Bluetooth. USB is recommended for a more stable connection.
How do I set PowerConf S3 MS as the default audio device on my Windows computer?
- Right click the volume icon in the lower right corner of the desktop.
- Click ""Open Sound Settings"".
- Select PowerConf S3 MS for input and output.

How do I reset PowerConf S3 MS?
When PowerConf S3 MS is powered on, press and hold the Bluetooth button and then press and hold the Volume ""-"" button until the square indicator flashes four times.
How do I check the power level on my PowerConf S3 MS?
You can:
- Check the power level on the AnkerWork app.
- Click the Power button if the speakerphone is already on. The square indicator will show the remaining power.
Can the USB-A port charge other devices?
Yes, it can charge other devices, but will stop charging when the power level of the speakerphone is less than 10%.
Does PowerConf S3 MS support connecting two speakerphones to one host device (daisy chaining)?
No
Is PowerConf S3 MS compatible with a landline telephone system?
No
Will PowerConf S3 MS turn off automatically?
If there are no connections or signals to PowerConf S3 MS or any activity in the customized settings of the AnkerWork app, it will automatically power off after 30 minutes.
