1. What will I get in the package?

4. A brief introduction about the interfaces on the back of the video bar.

DC-IN port to connect to the power supply.

C port to connect to a computer.

HDMI port to connect to a monitor to stream video from the video bar.

USB-A port to connect to an external microphone (not included).

 

5. How can I pair the remote with the video bar?

6. How can I unpair the remote from the video bar?

You can press and hold the "OK" and "Menu" button on the remote until the indicator on the remote shows red.

 

7. What type of cable can I use to connect the video bar?

You are recommended to use a USB 3.0 cable to connect to the video bar. If a 3 m (9.84 ft) or longer cable is required during the setup, please use a signal amplifier wire to build a more reliable and stable connection.

 

8. What should I do if the TV or monitor cannot recognize the video bar when they are connected via HDMI directly without a computer?

The default resolution and frame rate of the video bar is 4K/30Hz. If the resolution or frame rate of the connected device is lower than 4K/30Hz, please adjust the HDMI output resolution/Hz of the video bar to the supported resolution before making the connection. 

Note: When the video bar is connected to a monitor via HDMI directly, the monitor will only display a local video stream.

 

9. Can I connect my smartphone to the video bar?

Yes, you can connect a phone with the video bar via the following steps:

- Press the Bluetooth button on the remote to enter pairing mode. The LEDs on the video bar will flash blue.

- Select "AnkerWork BR300 USB Video Conference Bar" on your device's Bluetooth list to connect. When successfully connected, the LEDs on the video bar will turn solid blue. 

Note: The video bar only supports audio calls when connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth pairing.

 

10. What should I do if the video bar cannot track the speaker or participant when in Tracking mode?

Tracking mode will not work in the following conditions: 

- When you zoom in with the remote. 

- When you connect the video bar with the external mic.

 

11. What should I do if I cannot zoom in with the remote?

You cannot zoom in with the video bar when it is in speaker or participant Tracking mode. Please make sure you have exited Tracking mode before Zooming in.

 

12. What should I do if the settings menu is projected on the screen?

You can resolve the issue by setting the device to OSD Mirroring mode by going to Settings > Video Settings > OSD Mirror Mode.

 

13. What should I do if the image is blurry?

14. What should I do if the image color is distorted when the video bar is connected to a TV?

The image color can be affected by the image color of the connected TV. You can connect the video bar to a computer to check its image quality and verify if the issue is with the TV or the video bar.
