Do Anker PowerConf Series Speakerphones Support Full-Duplex?
All Anker PowerConf speakerphones support full-duplex, which means the speakerphone can transmit the voice of both parties simultaneously. The speaker relays the speech of the remote party as the microphone transmits the speech of the local party. There is a two-way communication channel between them.
But if you noticed the voice is always cutting in and out during a conversation, we advise you to try the following steps to see if the audio quality can be improved:
- Always keep the firmware of your speakerphone up to date .
- Turn down the audio volume on your end.
If the above solutions cannot solve your issue, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the steps in the FAQ so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
