Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your speakerphone:

Access More Features with the AnkerWork App

Download the AnkerWork App on Google Play or the App Store to get the following features to enhance your experience:

1. Get the PDF scanning feature by tapping on "Note" at the bottom of the screen.

2. Check the battery level on your PowerConf S500.

3. Choose between different modes:

• Standard Mode to pick up all sounds from the near end. 
• Broadcast Mode to restore and deliver original sounds by turning the speaker off (you will not hear the far end anymore when in this mode).

4. Turn the indicator light and prompt tone on/off by going to Settings > Indicator Light / Prompt Tone.

5. Set the Auto Power Off time from 5 minutes to 60 minutes by going to Settings > Auto Power Off.

Update the Firmware

New firmware will be released regularly to optimize your user experience. To get the best performance, make sure you always keep the firmware of your Anker PowerConf S500 up to date. The current firmware version is V343.118. In this update, we've made improvements to the following features:

• Voice pickup of the microphones
• Sound quality of the speaker
• Performance stability

Note: You can download the AnkerWork software for PC or macOS at software.ankerwork.com to make updating the firmware more simple.

Try Different Connection Options

The speakerphone supports multiple connection methods to meet your needs in different situations:

• You can pair two S500s to a device at the same time to extend voice pickup coverage to up to 20 people. (Note: This mode is only available when you connect one PowerConf S500 with your PC using the USB-C cable. It is not available when both are connected via Bluetooth.)
• PowerConf S500 supports multipoint connection, so you can pair S500 with two master devices simultaneously through Bluetooth. 
• You can also connect the speakerphone to two devices at the same time through USB and Bluetooth respectively.
• (Note: You can hold the "Play" button for two seconds to switch between Bluetooth and USB modes. The light bar will flash blue to indicate a successful mode switch.)
