How Do I Adjust the Volume/Gain of the PowerCast M300 Microphone?
The dial is designed to have an endless rotation. The brightness of the light in the middle of the microphone will reflect the gain effect/volume.
Gain Effect of the Microphone (affects what the other side hears)
- When the light in the middle of the microphone is blue, you can turn the dial to adjust the gain effect of the microphone. The brighter the light, the greater the gain and vice versa.
Volume of Headphones (affects the volume you hear)
- When the light in the middle of the microphone is green, you can turn the dial to adjust the volume of the headphones to be louder or quieter. The brighter the light, the louder the volume and vice versa.
Mute (when you are in mute mode, both you and the other side can't hear you)
- Press the mute button, then the light in the middle of the microphone will turn red.
If you still have concerns or issues with the volume/gain of the PowerCast M300 microphone, please contact AnkerWork customer service for further assistance.
