To update PowerConf 330&#39;s firmware, please install the AnkerWork PC software via this <a href="https://us.anker.com/pages/download-software/" style="text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">link</a> and check for the latest software updates by going to Settings &gt; Firmware Upgrade.
