How do I export audio recorded through the M650 transmitter's on-boarding feature?
Typically, you can locate and export your recording files using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Return the transmitters to the case and connect the case to your computer via the included USB-C cable. It works the same way as a thumb drive. You will see a M650 USB drive icon on the taskbar of your computer. By clicking on it, you will be able to access the recording files directly.
Method 2: Locate the file through the AnkerWork software. You can install the latest version of the AnkerWork software at software.ankerwork.com. Return the transmitters to the case and connect the case to your computer via the included USB-C cable. In the Device Settings section of the AnkerWork software, select the correct microphone and click the file icon (marked in red in the attached picture) to locate the file.
