Reject: 

If PowerConf H500/H700 is connected to your phone and you are using your phone to talk to Person A, and then you receive a call from Person B, you can double-click the rotating knob to reject the call from Person B.

Accept:

If PowerConf H500/H700 is connected to your phone and you are using your phone to talk to Person A, and you receive a call from Person B, you can press the rotating knob once to put Person A on hold while you answer the call from Person B. To switch between calls, long-press the rotating knob for 2 seconds until you hear a tone.
