How do I use the conference and call recording features?
1. Use the Bluetooth dongle to connect your computer to PowerConf H500/H700. Only the computer software supports the recording function. You cannot record using the mobile AnkerWork app.
2. Select "Anker Soundsync" as the input/output devices in the system settings and video conferencing setting. The recording only works when you are on a video conference or internet phone call.
