To find what version of the AnkerWork software or app you have, follow these steps:
 

Computer Software

1. Open the AnkerWork software on your computer.

2. Tap &quot;Settings&quot; in the upper right corner.

3. The software version can be seen on this page.

To update the AnkerWork software, a prompt will inform you of updates when they are available. You can also go to Device &gt; Inspection Update to check whether a new version is available or not.
 

Mobile App

1. Open the AnkerWork App on your phone.

2. Tap the &quot;Me&quot; icon in the upper left corner.

3. Tap &quot;About&quot; and you will see the app version under the AnkerWork logo.

To update the AnkerWork app, you can go to the App Store, Google Play, Xiaomi, Huawei, and Vivo application stores for the latest versions.
