Sorry that the AnkerWork device let you down.

If you want to delete your AnkerWork account, please follow the steps below:

PC version:

1. Open the AnkerWork App Software.

2. Enter your profile from your nickname.

3. Click "Delete Account".

Mobile version:

1. Open the AnkerWork App.

2. Click "Me" icon in the upper left corner.

3. Enter your profile from your nickname.

4. Click "Delete Account".

After deleting the account, all of your information on the Anker Innovations brand websites/ App (including Anker, eufy, Nebula, Roav, AnkerWork, and ZOLO) will be erased and you will be unable to sign in with this account.
