How to Fix PowerConf Low Volume Issue During a Conference Call
- Try to increase the volume using the rotating knob on the headset and/or increase the volume of your device.
- Move the mic boom closer to your mouth to see if there is an improvement.
Note: On some Android devices, you need to set the volume at maximum on both your phone and the headphones.
