If your BR300 Video Bar has the blurry image issue, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure the protective film on the camera is peeled off. 

2. Double check whether there is water or dust in the lens and clean the lens with a piece of cloth.

3. Check if the video bar is using fixed focus. We recommend that the distance between the speaker and the video bar should be more than 2.6 ft / 80 cm.
