If your BR300 Video Bar has the poor sound quality,  try the following steps:

1 Turn off the 3A audio mode by going to Settings > Audio Settings. Select "3A" to turn off. 

2 Avoid using the device in spaces that may easily cause echoes such as conference rooms with glass walls. 

3. Always keep the firmware up to date. You can download the AnkerWork software to begin the firmware update: Software.ankerwork.com.

Note: If you use the video bar in a medium-sized meeting room, you can connect an external microphone (purchased separately) to the USB-A port on the video bar using the USB cable (not included) to extend the voice pickup range.
