You might need to manually select PowerConf S360 and its built-in microphones for your PC system or conference software.

A) Windows

• Right click the volume icon on the lower right corner of the desktop
• Select "Open Sound Settings"
• Select PowerConf S360 as your "Input" and "Output"

B) macOS

Go to System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects > Output / Input

C) Software (Zoom, Skype, others)

Settings > Audio > Speaker/ Microphone
