- Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and holding it there for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue quickly.
- After letting go, the power button will return to the power-on position, and the headset will enter pairing mode.
- Dongle Connection:
- Insert the dongle into your computer's USB-A port or the adapter.
- Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and holding it there for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue.
The headset and dongle will connect automatically.
- Wired Connection:
- Plug the USB-A connector into the computer and the USB-C connector into the headset. The headset will connect to your computer, and you will see a blue light flash slowly.
How do I connect AnkerWork H300 to a second device?
After the headset is connected to the first device via Bluetooth or dongle, toggle the power button to the Bluetooth position and hold for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes blue quickly. The headset will enter multi-point pairing mode. Search for AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset on the second device and pair it.
How do I answer, end, or reject a call?
Click the round button to answer or end voice calls. Hold the round button for 2 seconds to reject a call. The round button is in the middle of the ear cover.
How do I reject or accept multi-party calls?
- To continue the current call and reject the new call, hold the round button for 2 seconds.
- To put the current call on hold and answer the new call, click the round button.
- To end the current call and answer the new call, use your phone or another device. H300 is unable to perform this action.
- To end the old call after answering the new call, click the round button.
How do I reset AnkerWork H300?
Hold the Volume + and - buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
