How do I connect AnkerWork H300?

  1. Bluetooth Connection:
  • Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and holding it there for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue quickly.
  • After letting go, the power button will return to the power-on position, and the headset will enter pairing mode.
  1. Dongle Connection:
  • Insert the dongle into your computer's USB-A port or the adapter.
  • Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and holding it there for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue.

The headset and dongle will connect automatically.

  1. Wired Connection:
  • Plug the USB-A connector into the computer and the USB-C connector into the headset. The headset will connect to your computer, and you will see a blue light flash slowly.

How do I connect AnkerWork H300 to a second device?

After the headset is connected to the first device via Bluetooth or dongle, toggle the power button to the Bluetooth position and hold for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes blue quickly. The headset will enter multi-point pairing mode. Search for AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset on the second device and pair it.

How do I answer, end, or reject a call?

Click the round button to answer or end voice calls. Hold the round button for 2 seconds to reject a call. The round button is in the middle of the ear cover.

How do I reject or accept multi-party calls?

  1. To continue the current call and reject the new call, hold the round button for 2 seconds.
  2. To put the current call on hold and answer the new call, click the round button.
  3. To end the current call and answer the new call, use your phone or another device. H300 is unable to perform this action.
  4. To end the old call after answering the new call, click the round button.

How do I reset AnkerWork H300?

Hold the Volume + and - buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.

How do I use computer software when connecting AnkerWork H300?

  1. Bluetooth mode:

Windows:

  • System: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset Stereo" for output and "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset Hands-Free AG Audio" for input.
  • Conferencing software: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset Hands-Free AG Audio" for output and input.

macOS:

  • System: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset" for input and output.
  • Conferencing software: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset" for input and output.

- Windows & macOS: Select "Anker Soundsync" for input and output.

- Conferencing software: Select "Anker Soundsync" for input and output.

How do I turn off the voice prompts for "mic muted" and "mic unmuted"?

To turn off the voice prompts, go to the AnkerWork App Settings, and then click the button beside the Voice Prompts.

How do I adjust the auto shutdown time?

To adjust the auto shutdown time, go to the AnkerWork App Settings and click "Auto Shutdown."

How do I see which devices are connected to AnkerWork H300?

After connecting the headset via Bluetooth or a dongle, open the AnkerWork app, then go to Connections to see connected devices and a history of paired devices.

Note: You can disconnect devices via the AnkerWork app.
