What if My PowerConf Webcam Makes Autofocus Too Frequently?
Anker PowerConf webcam supports AI autofocus, which can focus automatically on people or objects in 0.5 seconds. It is based on traditional autofocus technology, using AI to sense the distance between the face and the camera, and then focusing the lens to a reasonable position.
If the PowerConf webcam autofocuses too frequently (for example, blinking or slightly shaking your head will trigger autofocus), please follow these steps: -Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Check for Updates). - Unplug and then plug the webcam in again. -Try to use the webcam in different lighting conditions and see whether it makes any difference.
