If your PowerConf S360 does not turn on after it has been connected to a computer, please try these steps:
1. Connect a Power Delivery (PD) wall charger to the PD-IN port of the speakerphone to ensure it can power on correctly.
2. If there is not a PD wall charger available, make sure the output of your PC's USB port is no less than 5 V/3 A to effectively power the speakerphone.
3. If there is not a PD wall charger available and the output of your PC's USB port is powerful enough to power the speakerphone, make sure there are no external USB devices connected via USB-A ports. If there are external devices connected, unplug them and retry.
