If your PowerCast M300 microphone does not work properly when connected to your computer:
- Try another cable
- Try another USB port on the computer
Select the PowerCast M300 microphone as the input and the headphones as the output when you use meeting/conferencing/gaming software:
- Go to the audio options on your conference communication tool.
- Select PowerCast M300 for the microphone.
- If you're using headphones, select them as the output device.
If your computer has no sound after you connect the microphone, please make sure the audio output is the computer's speaker. If the audio output is the microphone, you will only hear the sound when you plug the headphones into the microphone.
