Since PowerConf C200 has no HDR feature, it is not suggested to use this webcam in a backlit environment which may lead to an overexposed image.

You can customize the image settings in the AnkerWork software, such as decreasing the brightness and contrast ratio. Also, make sure to keep the firmware updated.
