If you fail to turn the PowerConf C200 on, you can try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Try to connect it with another working USB cable.
2. Plug it into another USB port on your computer.
3. If you are using any third-party hub or dock station for a connection, please disconnect it and try to connect the webcam directly to see if the issue persists.
4. Try a different computer if possible.
Note: The indicator on the webcam will be lit only when the camera is used by AnkerWork app or other third-party apps.
