If you fail to turn the PowerConf webcam on, you can try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Try another USB C charging cable or another adapter.
2. Plug it into another USB port on your computer.
3. Try a different computer if possible.
Note: The indicator on the webcam will be lit only when the camera is used by AnkerWork app or other third-party apps.
