What if I Fail to Update the PowerConf’s Firmware?
To enhance the performance of your PowerConf speakerphones, we strongly recommend you to always keep the firmware up to date. If a firmware update fails, please check if the following steps can help you resolve the issue:
Make sure the PowerConf is fully charged before updating firmware.
You can try to uninstall then reinstall the AnkerWork app to try the update again.
You can try processing the firmware update on another device if possible.
Reset the PowerConf and update again: When the PowerConf is powered on, press and hold down the Bluetooth button and then press the "-" volume button until the square indicator flashes four times.
Note:
Normally, PowerConf's firmware can be updated by using AnkerWork app through the following steps:
Install the AnkerWork app on your phone (The app can be downloaded directly from the app store on your phone).
Connect your phone with PowerConf via Bluetooth.
Find the PowerConf on AnkerWork to check its information.
Click Update firmware > Download to start upgrading.
