What if My PowerConf Webcam Makes Autofocus Too Frequently?
Anker PowerConf webcam supports AI autofocus, which can focus automatically on people or objects in 0.35 seconds. It is based on traditional autofocus technology, using AI to sense the distance between the face and the camera, and then focusing the lens to a reasonable position.
If the PowerConf webcam autofocuses too frequently (for example, blinking or slightly shaking your head will trigger autofocus), please follow these steps:
Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Inspection Update).
Unplug and then plug the webcam in again.
Try different distances by moving closer to or away from the webcam.
Try to use the webcam in different light conditions and see whether it makes any difference.
