The Anker PowerConf webcam supports an AI frame feature. Whether you’re presenting alone, as a group, or moving around, PowerConf webcam can put you or the team front and center. With the Solo-Frame or Auto Frame feature enabled through the AnkerWork software, the HD webcam’s innovative AI chip can recognize faces and auto tracks the movement via the pan and tilt camera.
If Auto-Frame is chosen, the camera always keeps you in frame, allowing you to move and talk freely, whether you are alone or there are multiple people in frame. If Solo-Frame is enabled, the camera follows the foremost person in the mage.
If there is an issue with the AI frame on your PowerConf webcam (for example, slow frame response and incorrect framing), please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the Solo-Frame or Auto Frame feature is enabled through the AnkerWork software.
2. Unplug and then plug the webcam back in.
3. Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Inspection Update).
