The PowerConf S500 supports pairing two S500s to a device at a time to extend voice picking coverage to up to 20 people. If a connection cannot be made successfully, you can check if the following steps can resolve the issue:

1. Make sure both devices are in pairing mode.

2. Restart both devices to enter the pairing mode again to give it another try. 

3. Reset both devices, then enter the pairing mode to verify if a connection can be made: When the S500 is powered on, press and hold down the Bluetooth button and then press the Volume"-"  button. The light bar will turn red and then it will restart.
