Anker PowerConf series speakerphones (PowerConf, PowerConf+, PowerConf S3 and PowerConf S500) support Multipoint: It can pair with two devices at a time via Bluetooth. If it fails to connect successfully, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
 

1. Always keep the speakerphone <a href="https://support.ankerwork.com/s/article/How-to-Update-the-Firmware-of-a-PowerConf-Speakerphone" target="_blank">at the latest firmware</a>. 

2. Make sure you&#39;ve followed the correct steps to complete the setup:

     -Connect one device to PowerConf via Bluetooth.

     -Press the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone to re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode to connect another Bluetooth device.

3. <a href="https://support.ankerwork.com/s/article/How-to-Reset-a-PowerConf-Speakerphone" target="_blank">Reset the PowerConf </a>then try the repairing process again.

4. Delete the Bluetooth connection record on the connected devices then try to connect again.
