The PowerConf webcam has two built-in ultrasensitive microphones, which ensure your voice can be heard loudly and clearly while working from home. But if the people on the other side complain that they cannot hear you clearly, please check if the following steps can improve the voice picking ability of the microphones:

- Keep your distance from the webcam within 1 meter.

- Remember to update your PowerConf webcam's firmware.

Note: The PowerConf webcam is designed for video conference calls mainly, so the voice picking ability is not one of its main features, but just a side benefit. It is powerful enough for private usage. If you want to use it in a conference room, we do recommend setting up a speakerphone together with the PowerConf webcam in order to have a better experience.
