If people on the other side complain that they cannot hear you clearly, please check if the following steps can improve the voice picking ability of the microphones:  

1. Keep your distance from the speakerphone within 3 meters (For PowerConf S500, its microphone coverage can be extended to 5 meters). 2. Keep the PowerConf speakerphone at its <a href="https://support.ankerwork.com/s/article/How-to-Update-the-Firmware-of-a-PowerConf-Speakerphone" target="_blank">latest firmware</a> version. 3. It&#39;s recommended to use a USB connection when operating on computers and laptops. 4. In order to deliver a consistent, clear and real sound to the other side, you are suggested to use the speakerphone in a relatively quiet environment.
