The PowerConf speakerphones utilize algorithms to optimize your voice and reduce background noises effectively. But if by any chance you receive complaints from partners on the other side about the background noise, you can check if the following steps can resolve the noise issue:
1. Always keep the speakerphone at the latest firmware .
2. When the speakerphone is working with a laptop/desktop, please check if the issue persists when it is connected via a USB cable.
3. Reset the PowerConf .
4. In order to deliver a consistent, clear and real sound to the other side, you are suggested to use the speakerphone in a relatively quiet environment.
