What if Your Partner on the Other Side Complains Your Sound is Distorted?
There are two directions for the PowerConf C200's microphones vocal pick-up: directional (90°) and omni-directional (180°). Noises outside of these areas will be significantly suppressed. You can select the direction on the AnkerWork software.
If people on the other end complain your sound is distorted, please try these steps - Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Check for Updates). - When your webcam is set to the directional mode, make sure you face the camera straight-on and avoid moving around to ensure that your voice is not eliminated or distorted by the noise-cancellation process.
