There are four image settings for your PowerConf webcam--- brightness, sharpness, saturation and contrast ratio. Since the image can only be set on AnkerWork software, it is most likely a software issue if the image settings are useless or produce a very distorted view.

If the image cannot be set properly, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the AnkerWork software has been updated to the latest version

Steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Inspection Update.

2. If possible, install the AnkerWork software on another computer to see if the issue persists.

If this issue persists, please contact us and provide these details:

1. The specific model number and the operating system version of your computer.

2. Serial number of the webcam.

3. A short video depicting the issue if possible.
