What if the Image is Frozen on My PowerConf Webcam?

The image quality and fluency of your PowerConf webcam are affected by network bandwidth, especially the network bandwidth processing mechanisms used by third-party software. Therefore, if the image is frozen on your PowerConf webcam, please try these steps to try and help resolve the issue:
 

  • Try a different network with a better connection, if possible
  • Select a lower quality resolution on the third-party software like Zoom or Microsoft Teams to see if there is an improvement.
  • Unplug and then plug the webcam back in.
