What if the PowerConf S330 does not Turn On after it has been Connected to the Computer?

If your PowerConf S330 does not turn on after being connected to the computer, you can try the following steps:
 

1. Plug it into another USB port on your computer ( make sure the output from your computer's USB port to the speakerphone is more than 5V/2A, otherwise the speakerphone cannot work normally).

2. Try a different computer.
 

Note: 

Once the speakerphone is connected and powered on, all buttons will flash white for 2 seconds and then stay solid white.
