What if the Speakerphone Cannot Be Detected and Connected With the AnkerWork App?

When you want to configure customized settings for your PowerConf on AnkerWork app but the app can not detect and connect with your speakerphone, you can try the following troubleshooting tips:

 

1. Make sure your phone is paired with the PowerConf via Bluetooth.

2. Make sure you've installed the latest version of the AnkerWork app ; if not, try reinstalling the app to check if the connection is working.

3. Reset the PowerConf then try pairing again.

4. Check if the AnkerWork app on another mobile phone can detect your PowerConf.
