If there is a USB connection issue:

• Test with another working USB cable and another computer if possible to see if the issue persists. 
• Check if the issue persists when the speakerphone is connected with your computer directly with the provided cable instead of via a 3rd-party dock or hub.
• Reset the speakerphone.

If there is a Bluetooth connection issue:

• Update the firmware to the latest version.
• Reset the speakerphone and restart the connected device, then re-pair them to see if the issue has been resolved.
• Test PowerConf with a different device.
