1. PowerConf supports only Bluetooth and USB connections.
2. Restart the PowerConf and try reconnecting.
3. Reset the speaker and reconnect it. To reset: First, press and hold the Bluetooth button. Then, press and hold the volume “-” button until the square indicator light blinks four times.
4. Try connecting different devices to see if the issue is device-specific. If the problem only occurs with a certain phone or computer, please provide the model number and software version when contacting our technical support team.
