What should I do if I plug the Bluetooth dongle into my computer, and it does not automatically connect to PowerConf H500/H700?
Make sure PowerConf H500/H700 is turned on, and double press the power button.
- If the power LED light doesn't turn blue and flash quickly, it means that it is already connected to two devices. Disconnect one of the devices from PowerConf H500/H700 so that it can automatically connect to your computer.
- If both the power light and Bluetooth dongle light flash quickly, but the connection is still not successful, please open the AnkerWork computer software to bind the Bluetooth dongle.
