What should I do if my PowerConf disconnects automatically?
1. The PowerConf supports both Bluetooth and USB connections.
2. When using Bluetooth, the signal may be affected by obstacles such as walls, pillars, household appliances, or nearby Wi-Fi signals. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such interference and keeping the device within a 5 meters range.
3. To reset the speaker and reconnect: First, press and hold the Bluetooth button. Then, press and hold the volume “-” button until the square indicator light blinks four times.
