3. Check the app’s audio input and output settings as well. Select PowerConf for both, and try using a different app to confirm whether the issue is related to app settings.
4. If you’re using a Bluetooth connection, keep the device within 5 meters of the PowerConf to maintain a stable connection.
5. To ensure call quality, it’s recommended to stay within 3 meters of the PowerConf while speaking.
