The latest versions of PowerConf S500 feature a new algorithm to enhance the meeting experience. When two PowerConf S500 devices are daisy-chained, if the versions of the algorithms carried by the two devices are different, with one carrying the new algorithm and the other carrying the old algorithm, the device carrying the new algorithm will flash yellow, while the device carrying the old algorithm will flash green, and the daisy chain will fail. In this case, you need to upgrade the firmware of the device with the old algorithm before attempting to daisy chain. 
 

Note: For this upgrade, we recommend that you download the AnkerWork software on your PC and connect the speakerphone to your computer via USB for the upgrade.
