- Make sure to turn on PowerConf H500/H700 before wearing it.

If you wear PowerConf H500/H700 before it has completely turned on, it might not pause when you take it off for the first time.

- Customize PowerConf H500/H700's settings on the AnkerWork software to auto-pause when taking the headset off / auto-play when wearing PowerConf H500/H700.

Go to the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the Device Page > Smart Control > Auto-Pause Music / Automatic Music Playback after wearing the headset.

- Adjust your wearing position to make sure the wearing detection sensor, which is located on the side of the mic boom, is not blocked.
