What should I do if there's an audio delay with my PowerConf?
1. Try using a USB connection — it offers lower latency compared to Bluetooth.
2. Use your computer’s built-in speakers to check whether the issue is coming from the other party, the network, or the app itself.
3. Reset the speaker and reconnect. To reset: First press and hold the Bluetooth button, then press and hold the volume “-” button until the square indicator light blinks four times.
