What should I do when I'm updating the Bluetooth dongle?
- Do not unplug the Bluetooth dongle during the firmware update process.
- Do not disconnect from the network during the firmware update process.
- Do not close the AnkerWork software during the Bluetooth dongle's firmware update process.
- Do not use your headset during the Bluetooth dongle's firmware update process.
Note: If you close the computer software during the Bluetooth dongle's update process, please plug the dongle in again.
