The PowerConf C300 webcam supports up to 60FPS at 1080p, while PowerConf C302 webcam supports up to 30FPS at 2K, and they have to be plugged into a USB port on a computer to work.
When PowerConf webcam is working with a third-party conference software, the quality of the video image can be affected by the third party software. For example, the maximum resolution of Zoom is 720p and Microsoft Teams is 360p, so PowerConf C300 webcam will only display in 720p and 360p separately despite it being capable of supporting up to 1080p resolution, and PowerConf C302 webcam will only display in 720p and 360p separately as well despite it being capable of supporting up to 2K resolution.
In addition, the quality of the video image will also be influenced by the network bandwidth, including the network bandwidth processing mechanisms used by a third-party software.
