What if there is an Image Color Distortion Issue on My PowerConf Webcam?
If the image color distortion issue comes from AnkerWork software, please try the following steps:
-Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Check for Updates).
-Try the webcam under different lighting conditions to see if it makes any difference.
-Change the Saturation in the image section of the software under Image > Saturation
When the PowerConf webcam is being used with a third-party conference software(like the Microsoft Teams), it is the third-party conference software that is in charge of processing the final image quality. Therefore, in order to resolve an image color distortion issue, we need to figure out whether the issue is caused by the AnkerWork software or third-party conference software first.Please try the steps below to determine the root cause of the issue:
- If your computer has a built-in webcam, try using that camera with the third party software to see if the same issue occurs
-Try a different webcam in the same lighting condition and usage environment if possible
